Justin Bogle powered out of the gate in moto one, as the FMF supported rider would round the first turn and nearly grab the holeshot. Justin put on a fight inside the front pack, as he battled for position inside the top five for the first half of the race. His Dunlop tires kept digging for traction as he took the checkered flag in 10th place. Another solid start for Justin in moto two allowed him to battle inside the top ten. The WP Suspension supported rider hit his marks every lap to cross the finish line in 9th place, taking home 9th overall for the day.
“Today was a good day,” said Bogle. “I felt good out on this track today, and to get that good start in the first moto was awesome. I am ready to push and keep this momentum going for the last two rounds.”
Benny Bloss first moto wouldn’t start off as planned, as he would get tangled and start outside of the top thirty. The Bubba Burger supported rider put his head down and within a couple laps had charged his way to just outside the top ten. The Engine Ice supported rider put on a late moto charge, pushing his way into the top ten to take the checkered flag in 9th. Benny started the second moto again having to charge his way through the field, as he started 28th. He then pulled a tear-off from his Scott goggles, and blitzed his way to the front, passing nearly half the field to 10th place by the end of the first lap! The 51Fifty Energy Drink supported rider was in a more opportune position and put on an impressive ride to 7th place at the checkered flag, ending the day 8th overall.
“It was a solid day,” said Bloss. “Unadilla is my kind of track, and I am happy with my ride today. I am looking forward to these last two rounds and ending the season strong.”
Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC-KTM-WPS now travels to Budds Creek MX for round eleven of the 2019 Pro Motocross Nationals in Mechanicsville, MD.
