Payson, UT (Oct.12, 2020) –Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC-KTM-WPS ended the season in Southern California as the ninth and final round of the 2020 Pro Motocross National Series took over Pala MX Raceway. Team rider Justin Bogle capped off the season with a stellar ride, ending the day with another top-10 finish.
Justin Bogle came into the weekend ready to end the season on a high note after his top-10 ride last weekend. He took to the Pala track during morning practice and felt the flow to post the 7th fastest time in qualifying. Justin used his FMF power out of the gate in Moto 1 to position himself deep inside the top 10 after the first turn. He soon found himself in a fierce battle with Eli Tomac to defend his 6th-place position early on, but slid back one spot by the midpoint of the race. The JStar Auto Group supported rider stayed on the gas, however, to cross the finish in 7th. A strong start in Moto 2 slotted Justin deep inside the top 10, battling with Zack Osborne for 5th place early in the race. He continued to hit his marks as he slid back a few spots, and with his 100% goggles providing clarity through the afternoon shadows, Justin took the checkered flag in 8th place. That finish was enough to earn him 8th overall for the day. He ended the season 13th in the championship points standing.
“This was a good ride to end the season. I’m happy with how I rode today, my speed was there and I was having fun out there. It feels good to end this season on a high note. I want to thank the team for all their hard work and believing in me through this season.”Justin Bogle
Blake Baggett did not line up due to a hand injury that was announced before the race. While he did not race, Blake ended the season 8th in the Championship points standing.
